Onisizimi (corbicula)
The Corbiculae gathered in Lake Togo are much larger that those in other places. We sell them as the Tottori local food, "Onisizimi".

Hirame (flatfish)
We offer flatfish or sea bream, that are raised carefully from spawning, hatching to raising, so they are very safe and delicious. Hirame (flatfish) is the Tottori Prefecture original fish.

We use fresh eggs that are brought every morning from Yurihama Farm.

We prepare delicious cuisine by using vegetables, fish and beef in season.
In addition to the course, we prepare some special order foods. Fresh slices of local fish, Tottori Wagyu grilled on a hot plate, these are the recommendation of the chef, and please try eating these.
There are many special foods available only in the Japan Sea and Lake Togo. We see to it that we prepare delicious cuisine made from locally produced foods and offer them for the guests.
